Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Masters preferred
• Prior experience in addictions / mental health preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be emotionally and medically able to perform essential job responsibilities
• Must be free from active or infectious diseases

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled shift and be available to work additional hours when necessary.
• Greet all visitors and direct appropriately.
• Complete all documentation as required.
• Administer Transcranial magnetic stimulation sessions to identified clientele and communicate any concerns to the psychiatrist.
• Maintain open communication with the TMS Coordinator to ensure clientele is responding effectively to treatment.
• Administer screening materials as required to monitor progress of clientele.
• Serve as a member of the Clinical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
• Assist clerical support staff in providing needed documentation for insurance preauthorization and/or reimbursement.
• Understand and comply with all of the principles established by ASPEN / Rosecrance.
• Assist in consultations as able.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
• Serve as a role model for other staff, patients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
• Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.
