About The Position

The TMS Case Handler is responsible for proactively scheduling and managing training sessions for a designated client, ensuring all participant records and certifications are accurately maintained, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires professional communication in English with clients, students, and internal managers, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in training coordination, administrative support, or managed services roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and clearly in English.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data entry best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Typing proficiency with accuracy and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively schedule and book training sessions according to client requirements and training plans.
  • Upload and maintain training records, certificates, and documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS) or other designated systems.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all client-specific training standards and timelines.
  • Track and meet established KPIs related to training scheduling, completion rates, and data accuracy.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly in English with clients, trainees, and internal personnel.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams regarding training status, issues, and follow-ups.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and training efficiencies.
