The Training Management Systems (TMS) Administrator is responsible for the KC-135 TMS customer experience. This role supports daily operations related to TMS customer services, internal/external user training, troubleshooting, and data configuration. Key responsibilities include system administration and data entry, as well as analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system and user issues. The administrator also performs courseware installations and database configuration updates on CAE computers and servers, providing rapid response technical support to the Formal Training Unit (FTU) and Main Operating Bases (MOB).
