About The Position

TRIPP Transportation Services Inc. is seeking responsible and compassionate drivers to join our growing team. We provide transportation services for passengers throughout New York City, including Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens. This role involves transporting passengers to essential appointments, work, and other trips. Drivers are expected to prioritize passenger safety, assist individuals, and ensure timely and professional service.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Class E Driver’s License and a TLC registered vehicle.
Must have active and current TLC credentials.
No violations in the past 3 years.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Must pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

Operate your vehicle while providing safe transportation for passengers throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens.
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs while maintaining a high level of safety and professionalism.
Collect and accurately record fares from passengers.
Coordinate with dispatch to confirm trip details and report any issues during the route.

You will have access to proprietary dispatch software and a companion driver app for seamless trip management and accurate payment tracking.
A dedicated support team is on-call around the clock to assist with any issues or questions.
Drivers will be provided with organized, pre-planned routes to help ensure efficiency and convenience.
