About The Position

Metrohm USA, the North American division of Metrohm AG, a world leader in precision instruments and solutions for chemical analysis, is seeking a Titration Sales Representative. This role is responsible for leading and growing the customer base in a territory including southeastern portions of NJ, Delaware, and eastern portions of PA (including Williamsport, Allentown, and Philadelphia), ideally based in the Greater Philadelphia area. The position offers an opportunity to be part of a collaborative and passionate team, contributing to innovation and customer service in the field of chemical analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
3+ years of experience in technical and capital equipment sales, preferably to analytical laboratories.
Hands-on knowledge or sales experience with titration equipment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Industry knowledge in pharma, chemicals, polymers, cosmetics, or related fields.
Must pass a background check, education/employment verification, drug screening (including marijuana), and have an insurable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage your own sales territory focused on titration solutions.
Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—to exceed growth targets.
Cultivate strong customer relationships in sectors such as pharma, chemicals, polymers, petrochemicals, personal care and food/beverage.
Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and executive audiences.
Identify ways to streamline the sales process and maximize revenue.
Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent growth.
