About The Position

This position will provide administrative support to the Titletown Development and Programs Team. This is an in-person, part-time position (no more than 29 hours per week). The schedule will be set during normal weekday (M-F) business hours.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office software including Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, data entry, document maintenance, and creating and/or updating spreadsheets/charts/presentations.
  • Maintain Titletown communications via email, phone, and/or written communications. (e.g. responding to inquiries, sending tenant notices, etc.)
  • Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies for Titletown programs team.
  • Assist with invoices and expenses through receiving, coding, and managing approval workflows for all managers.
  • Track sponsorship deliverables, support sweepstakes/contest fulfillment, and maintain signage schedules.
  • Assist with planning department trainings, meetings, and team building events.
  • Assist with research and other projects, as needed.
