About The Position

Join CoVantage Credit Union as a Title Services Specialist and play a key role in delivering smooth, reliable title services that support our members and business partners. In this dynamic position, you’ll be the go‑to connection for customers, financial institutions, and real estate professionals—answering questions, managing accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and creating precise title commitments and reports. You’ll combine attention to detail with strong communication skills, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Above average accuracy and attention to details.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Must be bondable.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable practices preferred.
  • Prior title services experience preferred.
  • Prior accounts receivable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with financial institutions, realtors, customers, and title services staff to obtain needed information.
  • Records, verifies, and posts payments received by the financial institution and ensures transactions are recorded in accordance with internal accounting practices.
  • Is familiar with and adheres to all aspects and provisions of regulations and policies as they pertain to the individual’s assigned job duties.
  • Ensures proper policies and procedures are followed for the accounts receivable process.
  • Works as scheduled to provide consistent service to the customers as well as the title services team.
