About The Position
The Freelance Firm is seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated full-time, in-office, Florida Title Processor/Real Estate Paralegal to assist with various administrative and legal tasks related to real estate transactions. This role involves conducting title searches, preparing legal documents, coordinating closings, and providing general support to attorneys and clients for both commercial and residential real estate matters. The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals providing remote, on-demand support for legal projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Florida Real Estate Paralegal/Title Processor
- Must be familiar with the "as is" contract
- Proficiency in drafting title documents
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Qualia is a plus
- Associate degree or higher in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred
