Nebraska Wesleyan University is seeking an experienced Title IX Coordinator who administers the university's Title IX functions and federal compliance requirements while serving as an organizational leader. This position will advise university leadership, supervisors, employees and students on the institution's response to reports and complaints involving gender discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, and related forms of misconduct affecting students and employees in the academic and work environment. The successful incumbent will oversee Title IX reports, complaints, informal resolutions, legal and confidential issues. As part of that role, the incumbent will complete data analysis and reporting on department topics, provide training opportunities, and be involved in various committees. A secondary duty is to work in coordination with the NWU security director as a Clery Compliance Officer for the organization.
