About The Position

Location: This role can be in-person or hybrid based out of our Lynnwood, Washington office, depending on experience.

Requirements

2+ years of title industry experience
Strong knowledge of title examination, real estate practices, and legal descriptions
Ability to analyze and interpret complex title data with a high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Review and interpret chains of title from title plant systems
Prepare and issue accurate commitments for title insurance
Verify property, tax, and mapping information for completeness and accuracy
Analyze legal descriptions, documents, and recorded instruments
Ensure proper starter bases and complete search packages
Collaborate with internal teams to support workflow and meet deadlines
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
