Tri Pointe Assurance, the title and escrow affiliate of Tri Pointe Homes, is looking for an experienced individual to join our talented group in Arizona as a Title & Escrow Business Analyst. This position will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona working a hybrid schedule (M-W in office/Th-Fri remote). The Title & Escrow Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business operations, technology, compliance, and end users by analyzing processes, gathering business requirements, and developing clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that supports title and escrow operations. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, support operational efficiency, and ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and system functionality. The position combines business analysis, process improvement, and communication expertise to translate complex real estate settlement concepts, workflows, compliance standards, and technology platforms into easily understood materials for employees, business partners, and clients. Responsibilities include documenting operational processes, supporting system and workflow enhancements, developing training and onboarding resources, and creating customer-facing educational content that improves understanding of the title and escrow process.
