About The Position

The Title Clerk plays a key role in supporting the auction's title processing workflow, ensuring all vehicle titles are accurate, complete, and transferred correctly to buyers. The position operates fully onsite in an office setting within the auction yard, working from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience with attention to detail.
  • Good job tenure.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including email, Excel, and basic computer functions.
  • Experience in administrative support, data entry, and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior title knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review and complete missing information on vehicle titles prior to transfer.
  • Prepare and mail titles to buyers and other required parties.
  • Follow up with customers who purchased vehicles to obtain any missing or updated information.
  • Sign over titles to the appropriate buyer in accordance with state requirements.
  • Communicate with buyers via email and phone regarding title status or outstanding needs.
  • Process and send out an average of 50 titles per day.
  • Collaborate with office staff, dispatch, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing.
