About The Position

McCarthy Hyundai in Blue Springs is looking to add a Title Clerk to their dynamic team. This role is for someone who has previous title/accounting experience and is looking to join a growing organization with a flexible work environment, working 4 days a week. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a team player attitude.

Requirements

• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Experience with Missouri and Kansas titles
• Prefer accounting, billing and/or title experience
• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Mathematical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Receives all deals, New and Pre-owned Sales
• Verifies all required paperwork is in each deal
• Files liens as required
• Prepares paperwork for the customer
• Handles all trades in
• Calls for lien releases and does title follow-up
• Handles customers calls
• Dealer trades
• Any other tasks from supervisor
• Train new Clerks as we grow
