About The Position

McSweeney Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage vehicle title documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations to facilitate smooth vehicle ownership transfers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a title clerk or similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with vehicle titling processes and DMV regulations.
  • Proficient with office software and data entry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process vehicle titles and registration paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Verify customer information and vehicle details for title correctness.
  • Liaise with state agencies, dealerships, and customers to resolve title issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all title transactions and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle titling.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external clients.
