About The Position

The Titan – Business Solution Lead is a pivotal role within the Titan Transformation Program, responsible for driving the success of multiple strategic initiatives. This position oversees deliverables, facilitates backlog creation and prioritization, and ensures alignment across cross-functional teams to enable seamless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional coordination between business and digital teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple scrum teams, both within and outside the Titan program, to ensure consistent execution and timely delivery.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and backlog items, maintaining a clear, prioritized roadmap that supports program objectives.
  • Partner with digital counterparts to validate that proposed solutions meet business expectations and are technically feasible.
  • Drive alignment across teams, proactively identifying and resolving dependencies, risks, and blockers to maintain momentum.
  • Ensure Convergence Template alignment by engaging global business process owners and Convergence stakeholders to identify process gaps and support solution execution.
