About The Position
Service Titan HVAC Dispatcher/CSR is the voice of the company and a key contributor to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians, ensuring accurate job closeout, maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Home Service Dispatching experience (Required)
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
- Prior experience in HVAC, insulation, or home services
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Act as the voice of High Performance Home Systems
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
- Assign daily job routes based on skill and availability
- Communicate with technicians, supervisors, vendors, clients, and leadership
- Ensure accurate job documentation and closeout in ServiceTitan
- Support billing and AR-related follow-up when applicable
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns
- Assist with Accounts Receivables
