About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring a warehouse associate to unload tire shipments and help keep daily operations running safely and efficiently. This fast-paced, hands-on position involves unloading freight, verifying shipments against ASNs, and handling and moving products accurately and promptly. Associates are expected to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. During unloading, position each stack with its base toward the center of the rack, and ensure each rack contains only one SKU. Keep stacks stable, secure, properly aligned, and uniform, placing a cardboard slip sheet between each layer and aligning labels neatly. Follow an imaginary vertical line as a guide when building straight stacks. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. After training, compensation is production-based: associates are paid $40–$115 per trailer, with the amount determined by trailer weight. Associates typically unload three to four trailers per shift and may earn $150–$250 or more per day, depending on the number and weight of trailers and individual pace and productivity.
