1st Shift Tire Unloader (Lumper)
About The Position
This is a physically demanding role focused on loading and unloading tires using pallet jacks. You will manually stack tires on pallets and use equipment to move them in and out of trailers. The job is simple but requires physical exertion. Your pay is directly determined by your pace of work and the amount of effort you put in. This is a commission-based position where you earn per trailer completed daily. After the first week of training, you can earn up to $200 a day or $1000 a week, with trailer payouts ranging from $40-$100 based on load weight. Average lumpers make $700-$1,000 weekly. Success is driven by hard work and a desire for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must have reliable and constant transportation.
- Self-responsibility.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug test.
- Warehouse experience.
- Physical/Manual Labor experience.
- Forklift experience.
- Pallet jack experience.

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
