About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for tire and wheel sales, service, and maintenance. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Duties include installing and maintaining tires and wheels, performing related service work, using and maintaining equipment, assisting other employees, and supporting store sales. The position may also involve test-driving vehicles and operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services. On-the-job training is available for a variety of skills.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
Attach and rebalance wheels.
Install or rebuild TPMS, and relearn or calibrate TPMS as needed.
Wash tires and wheels.
Test and install batteries.
Use and maintain equipment.
Assist other employees.
Test-drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Complete work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
