About The Position

Flynn’s Tire is hiring entry-level Tire Technicians at its Akron, Ohio location. No automotive experience or degree is required. The company provides comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help technicians build skills and advance. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Technicians install, rotate, balance, and repair tires; inspect tires and wheels; perform pressure checks and basic maintenance; operate tools and equipment safely; assist customers; and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Flynn’s Tire promotes from within and describes opportunities to advance into roles such as Master Tire Technician, Service Manager, and Store Manager. Requirements

Have an acceptable motor vehicle record and pass a background check.
