About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for selling, servicing, and maintaining tires and wheels while providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. The role includes on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid-pace environment.
• Ability to frequently lift weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, and kneel, and continuously squat, reach, walk, and stand.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install or rebuild TPMS and relearn or calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test and install batteries.
• Use and maintain equipment.
• Assist other employees.
• Test-drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
