About The Position

The Shop Assistant works in partnership with store employees to maintain product and service areas, provide excellent customer service, and complete work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Duties include maintaining the showroom, service room, truck service area, and warehouse; stocking, labeling, and painting; and performing other tasks as assigned. Les Schwab provides on-the-job training. Applicants must be at least 16 years old; parent authorization may be required depending on state guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work in a rapid-pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, with continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
• Parent authorization may be required depending on state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the showroom, service room, truck service area, and warehouse.
