About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Duties include tire and wheel installation and maintenance, repairs, rotations, inflation, wheel attachment and rebalancing, TPMS installation/rebuilding and relearning/calibration, and washing tires and wheels. The technician also tests and installs batteries, uses and maintains equipment, assists other employees, test drives vehicles, and operates service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services. The role promotes store sales and uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers. On-the-job training is offered.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
