About The Position

The Tire Technician mounts, balances, rotates, and repairs tires for passenger vehicles, light trucks, large trucks, and industrial vehicles. The role also supports commercial vehicle troubleshooting, fleet inspections, and routine maintenance. Technicians may respond to service calls in a company service truck and assist with inventory handling and stock counts. The position requires following safety procedures, training guidelines, company policies, and applicable traffic and speed regulations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older; must be 21 years or older to drive.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift or move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
• Ability to perform repetitive and sustained physical exertions, including bending, lifting, and kneeling, and to work with exposure to vibrations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with heavy-duty or commercial tires is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair passenger, light truck, large truck, and industrial tires.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial vehicles.
• Perform fleet inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Operate company vehicles safely and follow traffic and speed regulations.
• Respond to service calls using a service truck (F-350) when necessary.
• Load and unload inventory and assist with physical stock counts.
• Use and maintain Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
• Follow safety procedures, training guidelines, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
