About The Position

Tire Agent is seeking a dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented Tire Technician / Warehouse Associate to mount and balance tires and support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and collaboration across teams to ensure high-quality work and accurate, timely order fulfillment. The position is full-time, 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, and pays $17 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift heavy items weighing 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
Experience with handheld devices, tablets, and computer-based inventory systems.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliability, punctuality, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of experience in tire service, automotive work, or warehouse operations.
Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tire equipment.

Responsibilities

Mount, dismount, and balance tires and wheels efficiently and accurately.
Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and proper fitment.
Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and effectively.
Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries and preparing outbound shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control processes.
Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickup.
Organize and maintain warehouse space for efficiency and safety compliance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
