About The Position

The Tire Shop Warehouse Tech works in a full-time, supportive environment and performs hands-on inventory and warehouse tasks for a tire shop. This position is contracted through True North Goodwill Business Services, which develops and manages custom service contracts with Twin Ports businesses while offering up-skilling and employment opportunities to people facing challenges. The role follows a firm Monday–Friday schedule, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., for 40 hours per week, at $18 per hour. The work includes loading and unloading tires, organizing inventory by tire size and serial number, and preparing tires for customer pickup. The position involves indoor and outdoor work in temperatures ranging from cold to hot, frequent pushing and pulling of 40–60 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds. Applicants need no formal education credentials, but reading and writing skills are necessary.
