About The Position

Dealer Tire is a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918. They are seeking driven individuals to join their team as Tire Sales Specialists. This role offers stronger earning potential, a consistent 40-hour schedule, and real career growth within a thriving company that supports premium automotive brands nationwide. The Tire Sales Specialist will work inside a premium automotive dealership, acting as the tire sales expert that customers trust. After a fully paid training program, the specialist will engage customers and sell tires on the service drive, perform quick visual inspections, identify needs and recommend solutions, provide pricing and close sales, build relationships with customers and dealership teams, and support store operations including inventory and reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience preferred
