About The Position

Dealer Tire, a family-owned international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking driven individuals to join their team as Tire Sales Specialists. The company supports premium automotive brands nationwide and is hiring relationship-focused professionals to join a team of over 550 sales professionals. The role involves working inside a premium automotive dealership as the tire sales expert, engaging customers, performing visual inspections, recommending solutions, providing pricing, closing sales, building relationships, and supporting store operations after a fully paid training program.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Provide pricing and close sales
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)
