About The Position

Dealer Tire, a family-owned international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking driven individuals to join their team as Tire Sales Specialists. This role offers a unique opportunity for top-performing sales professionals in customer-facing, goal-driven environments to transition into a career with stronger earning potential, a consistent 40-hour schedule, and real career growth. You will work inside a premium automotive dealership, acting as the trusted tire sales expert. After a fully paid training program, you will engage customers and sell tires on the service drive, perform visual inspections, identify needs, recommend solutions, provide pricing, close sales, and build relationships with customers and dealership teams. The company has a history of promoting team members within its Tire Store program, with an average of 114 promotions per year.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

• Automotive experience preferred
