The role involves working inside a premium automotive dealership as the trusted tire sales expert, engaging customers, selling tires on the service drive, performing visual inspections, identifying needs, recommending solutions, providing pricing, closing sales, building relationships with customers and dealership teams, and supporting store operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
