About The Position

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service is seeking a Tire Sales & Installer Pro to join their team. This is a safety-sensitive position where you will deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales objectives, perform tire-related services, basic auto maintenance, and maintain a well-merchandised facility. You will ensure a positive customer experience, communicate effectively with customers, associates, and vendors, and execute operational processes. Responsibilities include mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil and filter changes, vehicle courtesy checks, and preventive maintenance, all while following MAP Standards.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
Acceptable MVR and Background Check
Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Can lift 20 – 80 pounds

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales objectives
Perform tire-related service
Perform basic auto maintenance
Maintain a well-merchandised facility including warehouse and housekeeping functions
Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience
Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors
Achieve sales objectives
Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
