About The Position
Flynn's Tire & Auto Service is seeking a Tire Sales & Installer Pro to join their winning team. This is a family-owned company that offers top pay with earning potential between $35K and $50K plus commissions. They provide a comprehensive retirement savings plan, medical, dental, and other valuable insurance plans, and up to 20 paid time off days per year. Employees will never work on a Sunday or major holiday and will become part of a high-performance team where they are valued and respected. The Tire Sales & Installer Pro will deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales objectives, perform tire-related services, basic auto maintenance, and maintain a well-merchandised facility. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable MVR and Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Can lift 20 – 80 pounds
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience
- Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors
- Achieve sales objectives
- Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
- Mount & Balance Tires
- Tire Repairs
- Oil and Filter Changes
- Vehicle Courtesy Checks
- Preventive Maintenance
- Follow MAP Standards
