Tire Repair Worker

About The Position

Maintains and repairs tires in accordance with WM Total Tire Maintenance (TTM) Program and all local, state, and federal guidelines. This role involves managing the site TTM plan, completing associated paperwork for repairs, parts usage, and time accounting. The worker will also conduct out-of-service tire reviews and analysis, perform or assign tire road calls, and inspect scrap and obsolete tires. Additionally, they will review failed tires for warranty consideration, inspect the quality of retreads and repairs, and perform tire checks on company vehicles and equipment. Maintaining tire records, monitoring supplier servicing standards, and performing fleet surveys are also key responsibilities. The position requires maintaining a clean and safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and performing all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintains tires in compliance with WM Total Tire Maintenance standards.
