The Tire and Battery Service Advisor is responsible for maintaining facility and sales floor safety and standards, ensuring the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor is organized, stocked, and merchandised. This role involves presenting and maintaining merchandise, monitoring tire and battery orders, assisting members with appointments, and communicating lead time changes. The advisor provides expert member service, recommends suitable tire and battery products, explains warranties, and drives sales and service excellence. They also triage and prioritize service workflow, demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, and leverage technology to enhance operations. The role includes serving as a brand advocate, developing and influencing team members, completing vehicle service requests, operating TBC equipment properly and safely, and handling merchandise and supplies. Additionally, the advisor must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, operate hardware, process member purchases, and comply with company policies and procedures.
