About The Position

The Tint and Mask Receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers, answering and directing calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing administrative support within the Collision Center. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all customers and employees, ensuring a smooth workflow between departments, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional environment.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Assist Collision Center customers with inquiries and messages.
Provide administrative support, including filing and clerical tasks.
Maintain friendly, respectful, and professional interactions with customers and employees.
Greet customers and assist with check-in and questions regarding tint & mask and paint protection services
Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments using our system
Coordinate with sales, service, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain accurate records and customer notes
Assist with basic tasks and front desk organization
