About The Position
Capital Vacations is growing in the Daytona Beach market and looking for motivated Timeshare Sales Representatives ready to maximize their earning potential and grow their careers in vacation ownership. Whether your experience is in Frontline or In-House Sales, we offer strong tour flow, competitive compensation, experienced leadership, and opportunities for advancement. Opportunities are available on both our Frontline and In-House Sales teams, based on experience and current team needs.
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective buyers or existing owners.
- Identify their vacation needs.
- Present vacation ownership solutions using a consultative sales approach.
