We are currently recruiting reliable, professional, sales-minded individuals who are great on the phone to join our growing Virtual Sales Team at our Sales Office in Orlando, FL.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of commission-based sales experience with a proven ability to drive results.
- Valid Florida Real Estate License
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Ability to effectively present upgrade opportunities and drive sales results with existing owners
Nice To Haves
- Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, owner upgrades, or consultative sales is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging Zoom presentations that showcase the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure while building rapport and connecting with prospective and current owners using company-provided, prequalified leads.
- Present and sell owner upgrade opportunities, helping existing owners maximize the value of their ownership through enhanced products, benefits, and travel experiences.
- Build trust-based relationships with owners by identifying their vacation goals and recommending tailored ownership solutions that meet their needs.
- Participate in ongoing advanced sales and career development training designed to support your long-term success and growth.
- Generate sales by initiating transactions, effectively utilizing smart devices, and applying proven closing techniques.
