Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant timekeeping experience.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Thorough understanding of timekeeping systems and software, with experience in implementation and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Know and understand the process and responsibilities of the Senior Principal Timekeeping Administrators.
  • Supervise and lead a team of timekeeping administrators, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the timekeeping department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry, verification, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement timekeeping policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Train new team members on timekeeping processes, software, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and inquiries related to timekeeping.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to address complex timekeeping issues and discrepancies.
