About The Position

As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will manage the ADP relationship post-sale, enabling the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's payroll and HR solutions. You will build client relationships and seamlessly implement ADP's technologies to ensure client success and positively impact their employees' daily lives through paychecks, health benefits, and more. Your day-to-day will involve ensuring clients are comfortable using ADP's products and services. You will partner with clients to understand their business needs, analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, guiding them towards the best solutions for their unique needs. The role involves working with diverse clients across different geographies and industries, requiring tailored solutions. ADP's top-ranked training will support your success. This role requires comfort in a metrics-driven environment, eagerness to learn, adaptability to change, strong client rapport-building skills, professionalism, clear and actionable communication (both verbal and written), and a focus on client satisfaction. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment
  • Basic project management skills
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons

Responsibilities

  • Onboard Clients: Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation. Help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease through expertise and relationship-building.
  • Implement ADP Technologies: Consult with clients and analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution. Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
  • Partner Internally: Collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service. Exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate: Work on multiple time-sensitive projects and follow-up items simultaneously. Share essential information with clients and ADP teams. Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to handle a high volume of inbound calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the calendar year.
