Requirements

Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
Comfort working in customers’ homes and businesses.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability on the job.
Valid California driver’s license with a clean record.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work on your feet throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

Experience in tile, grout, flooring, stone, or related trades.
Experience in flooring, janitorial, stone polishing, handyman work, painting, or construction.
Enjoyment of hands-on work and seeing results.
Ability to work independently with strong team support.

Responsibilities

Deep-clean and restore surfaces using professional equipment and solutions.
Apply premium color sealants for a fresh, uniform look.
Perform minor tile and grout repairs, including fixing cracks, replacing missing grout, and restoring damaged areas.
Inspect stone and surfaces, recommending appropriate restoration services.
Communicate clearly with clients, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain tools, van, and materials to ensure operational efficiency.
