About The Position
Sir Grout is a leader in tile, grout, and stone restoration, helping homeowners and businesses bring their surfaces back to life. We are growing fast and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working with customers. This role involves tile and grout cleaning, color sealing, minor repairs, surface inspection, customer service, and equipment care.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Comfort working in customers’ homes and businesses.
- Problem-solver who can adapt on the job.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in tile, grout, flooring, stone, or related trades (preferred but not required — we will train the right person)
- Experience in flooring, janitorial, stone polishing, handyman work, painting, or construction.
Responsibilities
- Use professional equipment and solutions to deep-clean and restore surfaces.
- Apply premium color sealants for a fresh, uniform look.
- Fix cracks, replace missing grout, and restore damaged areas.
- Evaluate surfaces and recommend the right restoration services.
- Communicate clearly, answer questions, and ensure clients are thrilled with the results.
- Maintain tools, van, and materials to keep everything running smoothly.
