Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and a variety of ad formats (In-Feed, Top View, Branded Hashtag Challenge, GMVmax, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and present actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset for developing engaging ad creatives tailored for TikTok.
  • Familiarity with pixel setup, tracking, and attribution best practices.
  • Experience with budget management, pacing, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and launch new TikTok ad campaigns aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
  • Develop and brief ad creatives (video assets, copy, calls-to-action) tailored to TikTok’s platform and current trends.
  • Optimize live campaigns to maximize ROI by adjusting targeting, creatives, and bids as needed.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
  • Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for ongoing asset refreshes.
  • Stay current on TikTok platform updates, features, and emerging ad solutions.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and set up conversion events via TikTok Pixel.
  • Manage budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns stay within spend targets.
