About The Position

BaubleBar is seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to transform one of the fastest-growing platforms in retail into a significant growth engine. This is a hands-on role for an individual passionate about TikTok Shop, capable of identifying key products, converting creator content into sales, and experimenting with new strategies. The role involves managing the daily operations of the TikTok Shop, including storefronts, listings, creator and affiliate programs, and collaborating with agency partners and internal teams. This is an opportunity to build and scale the TikTok Shop presence and become the go-to expert for its success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, marketplace management, or digital marketing.
  • 1–3+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience, with in-depth knowledge of Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems, and social commerce best practices.
  • Experience managing creator partnerships, affiliate programs, or influencer campaigns.
  • A genuine passion for TikTok culture and trends, with an intuitive understanding of what works on the app.
  • A track record of growing creator and affiliate programs that drive revenue.
  • Sharp analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, provide recommendations, and determine next steps.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with creators, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop Ads, Spark Ads, and paid social campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage the TikTok Shop through creator partnerships, affiliate programs, livestreams, merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Drive sales and improve performance by converting creator content into revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and scale TikTok Shop as a key growth channel.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop Seller Center, including listings, pricing, bundles, inventory visibility, and storefront merchandising.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize product pages, increase traffic, product deliverability, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue.
  • Monitor account health, compliance, and customer experience metrics.
  • Test and optimize product offers, promotions, bundles, pricing strategies, and merchandising tactics.
  • Monitor platform trends, viral content opportunities, and TikTok Shop updates.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with TikTok support.
  • Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and promotional events.
  • Provide test recommendations for offers, pricing, bundles, and merchandising, and scale successful strategies.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture creators and affiliates who align with the brand.
  • Build commission structures and incentives for creators.
  • Coordinate seeding, gifting, sampling, and activation programs.
  • Track creator performance and identify scaling opportunities.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of creators aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and build dashboards.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations and track campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, and Operations teams.
  • Work with agency partners and internal Paid Media teams on TikTok Shop Ads, Spark Ads, and creator amplification.
  • Monitor ROAS, budget pacing, and performance metrics.
  • Share creator insights, customer feedback, and trend observations.
  • Manage agency relationships.
  • Plan and execute TikTok LIVE shopping events.
  • Analyze LIVE commerce data to identify engagement and sales drivers and opportunities for improvement.
