TikTok Live Selling Host (Part-Time)
About The Position
SuperOrdinary is a full-service TikTok Shop partner and marketplace expert that connects brands, creators, and consumers. We have a strong track record of scaling brands in the Beauty & Personal Care category on TikTok Shop. This role is part of our new and rapidly growing PGC (Professional Generated Content) department, focused on high-quality, performance-driven live shopping experiences. We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, and sales-driven TikTok Live Selling Host to lead engaging live shopping events. This role is ideal for someone with proven livestream hosting experience who can confidently present products, connect with audiences in real time, and drive conversions. A strong interest in fragrances, especially colognes, and a willingness to continuously learn about products is essential. This role supports Spanish-language live commerce programming and requires professional fluency in spoken Spanish and English. This position requires the ability to maintain high energy and engagement for extended live sessions, with hosts expected to comfortably perform up to four hours at a time.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in spoken Spanish and English required; role involves hosting live selling sessions and engaging audiences in Spanish
- Minimum one year of livestream hosting experience, preferably on TikTok or similar platforms
- Ability to confidently host live sessions up to four hours in duration
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to engage, entertain, and sell to a live audience
- Ability to think quickly and handle live feedback, questions, or technical issues smoothly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter with ability to create, edit, and post short-form video content
- Strong interest in men’s fragrances and willingness to develop deep product knowledge in cologne and related categories

Responsibilities
- Host engaging TikTok Live selling sessions, showcasing products with confidence, enthusiasm, and authenticity
- Prepare for live sessions with product knowledge, talking points, and structured selling strategies
- Interact with viewers in real time by responding to comments, answering questions, and encouraging participation
- Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features, benefits, and usage tips to drive sales
- Build rapport with audiences to create a welcoming and high-energy shopping environment
- Self-moderate live sessions after training, ensuring chat remains professional, on-topic, and aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and promote upcoming live events
- Track performance metrics and apply insights to improve future live sessions
- Ensure all content aligns with TikTok community guidelines and brand standards
- Create, edit, and post short-form video content to support live selling efforts and audience growth
