About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced TIG Welders for projects located in or around Burnsville, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $35–$40/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience preferred
- Strong stainless steel TIG welding experience
- Proficiency using 3/32" filler rod
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding prints
- Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to contribute immediately
Responsibilities
- Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel components using 3/32" filler rod
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding prints, and technical drawings
- Set up welding equipment and adjust amperage, gas flow, and weld settings as required
- Fit, weld, and fabricate components according to project specifications
- Inspect completed welds for quality, consistency, and compliance with requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all shop safety procedures and quality standards
