JWF Industries is currently seeking TIG and MIG Welders of all levels to join our growing team in Johnstown, PA. This is a first shift position (5am-3:15am or 6am-4:15am) and is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision welding, quality workmanship, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of TIG welding experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet project deadlines
