About The Position

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both MIG and TIG welding and have experience fabricating parts according to customer specifications. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of quality and precision.

Requirements

• Must have welding/fabricating experience
• Read blueprints, tape measure, and caliper.
• Be able to follow directions in a fast-paced environment while completing jobs in allotted time frames.
• Have great communication skills and be detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Food grade polishing experience is a plus.
• At least 1 year of blueprint reading (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Utilize MIG and/or TIG for welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Finish parts (straighten, grind, polish, wipe down, etc.) per spec on print or lead’s instruction.
• Read and interpret customer drawings.
• Produce quality, error free parts with precision on customer specifications.
• Review traveler/prints to determine what needs to be fabricated/welded.
• Read blueprints, tape measure, and caliper.
• Double check parts to spec before and after fabricating, then have another approved person check.
• Be able to follow directions in a fast-paced environment while completing jobs in allotted time frames.
• Have great communication skills and be detail oriented.
