About The Position

SageCor Solutions is seeking a Tier 3 MLOPs Engineer to help ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of critical production systems and platforms. The role works with a collaborative Agile development team to manage Tier 3 incidents and build and maintain cloud software and infrastructure supporting machine learning and AI across the program. An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• At least 2 years of experience with generative AI concepts and technologies such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a system administration operations environment.
• At least 2 years of experience with Tier II and Tier III support and incident management workflows.
• At least 2 years of experience working with test and evaluation.
• Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and concepts for developing an MLOps ecosystem.
• Outstanding written communication skills and ability to translate between technical and non-technical users and developers.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in a system administration operations environment.
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Helm and Terraform.
• Experience developing prompts, tools, and agents with LLMs.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end automated data and ML pipelines in a cloud environment, including building, containerizing, and deploying them.
• Experience with version control tools, including Git.
• Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of critical production systems and platforms.
• Work with an Agile development team to manage Tier 3 incidents.
• Help build and maintain cloud software and infrastructure supporting machine learning and AI.
• Handle incident management workflows and support Tier II and Tier III operations.
• Contribute to developing an MLOps ecosystem based on knowledge of the ML lifecycle and concepts.
