Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or SRE
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting on‑call, after‑hours, or recall‑based operations models
Experience scripting, automation tools, or troubleshooting frameworks
Experience analyzing dashboards, mission applications, system metrics, or infrastructure health tools
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and mission teams in a high‑tempo environment
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
Associate’s degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering preferred; Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering a plus
Industry cloud foundational AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Cloud+, or MS Azure Fundamentals Certification
Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
Security+, Network+, or Linux+ Certification

Responsibilities

Performing second‑level troubleshooting for system, application, or network issues
Escalating and coordinating with Tier 3 teams for complex problem resolution
Analyzing logs, correlating events, and validating system‑level issues
