About The Position

The Tier 2 Head Coach for an F45 Studio is responsible for weekly studio administration; coordinating with the studio director to keep the coaches up to date with F45 HQ directives; and implementing any action items that come from the top. This role involves coaching F45 classes, answering member inquiries, onboarding and training new coaches, creating and managing the class schedule, and responsible for member retention outreach. The Tier 2 Head Coach acts as the main point of contact in the absence of the Studio Director.

Requirements

• Hourly Wage: $20/hour
• Approximately 20 hours of work a week
• Work done both in-person and remotely
• Class Rate: $40 head, $20 assistant

Responsibilities

• Coaches F45 classes, acting as the lead
• Answers member inquiries
• Onboards and trains new coaches
• Creates and manages the class schedule: crafts and disseminates a weekly schedule, updates schedule daily with any instructor changes
• Responsible for member retention outreach
• Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Studio Director
